• TIER III –reliability level of infrastructure.

[2007 - 2009]

• Project management of IT- and engineering infrastructure creation along with the offices and auxiliary rooms construction in the Federation tower (30 floors, 2,100 sq.m. each).
• Participation in the development and agreement of technical and design solutions + construction inspection.
• Coordination of project team participants (5 major contractors).
• Performance quality and implementation standard control.
   

Project characteristics:

• ~650 sq.m. of server room;
• 17 systems; 
• refrigerating plant, Lamperts site; 
• redundancy:
   2N – for air conditioning systems,
  2N+1 – for power equipment

• Development of calculator which estimates data-center design and construction costs;
• processes structuring and unification;
• resource-intensiveness reduction on design work prestage (time, money, % of personnel’s involvement).
